Artist and writer Rose Deniz lives outside of Istanbul, Turkey, where she is curator of Art is Dialogue. Originally from Wisconsin, she holds an MFA in Painting from Cranbrook Academy of Art (2004).

Intrigued by textiles, travel, hybrid identity, decorative objects, and daily rituals, Rose's portfolio includes illustration, design, works on paper, podcasts, and social art. She is simultaneously writing a collection of short stories, a novel of a young adult girl's celebrity crush, and essays on The Art of Cultivating a Creative Life.
